Our Summer 2015 Season Dates
- Foggy Bottom Campus: May 24, 2015 - August 1, 2015
- Mount Vernon Campus: June 14, 2015 – August 8, 2015
Group Housing Options
The George Washington University Summer & Conference Housing hosts both Long and Short-Term Stay Groups on our Foggy Bottom campus and Short-Term Stay Groups on our Mount Vernon Campus. Group housing options must fall into one of the following categories:
- Short-Term Stay Groups: 3-20 consecutive nights required
- Long-Term Stay Groups: 21+ consecutive nights required
Timeline for Group Reservations
October 2014 | Summer 2015 Group Interest List available |
November 2014 | Summer 2015 Group Request Form available |
March 2015 | Contract process for Summer 2015 groups begins |
March-June 2015 | First payment of 50% of total estimated cost is due upon submission of signed contract |
April 15, 2015 | Cancellation deadline without penalty |
15 Days Prior to Arrival | Completed participant Rooming List and remaining balance must be turned into GW Summer & Conference Housing |
30 Days After Departure | Final Invoice sent |
30 Days After Invoice Sent | Any remaining balance due to GW Summer & Conference Housing |
