Information about Group Housing Options
GW's Summer & Conference Housing Program
provides Summer housing options to non-profit, educationally-oriented
groups visiting
With two distinct DC campus settings, including our vibrant urban downtown Foggy Bottom campus and our more scenic, urban conference center at Mount Vernon Campus, GW offers over 30 different living options to help shape the ideal living experience for your group participants. And to round out your conference needs, a host of campus partners are ready to service your space, catering, technology, and other needs too. To learn more about GW, please view our Summer & Conference Housing Marketing Guide (arriving soon!).
A group reservation Request Form should be completed by the Group Coordinator for your organization who has decision-making authority. There is no financial or contractual obligation when submitting a request form. The request form is your official first step to make a housing reservation at The George Washington University. A reservation request is not confirmed until your organization receives, signs, and returns a Summer Housing Agreement and appropriate deposit to GW Summer & Conference Housing.
