How to Apply

All individual Summer Residents are required to register online. The online application allows you to view the details of your reservation request before submitting payment and committing to your reservation. A reservation is not considered complete until payment is made. If you are under 18 years of age, unable to pay online using a Visa or Mastercard, or want to pay with a check or money order, please complete a paper application. Minors must have their parent or guardian complete and sign the paper application.

Once your application is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation, dates of stay, and applicable charges for your Summer accommodations.

You may refer to the on-line application portal to check your balance and pay any remaining balance before you arrive to campus.

GW Housing Programs will begin emailing confirmations on a rolling basis.
