DATES

For Summer residents who are not enrolled in Summer school courses at The George Washington University, Summer housing is available beginning May 23, 2010 and ending August 7, 2010.

There is a minimum 5-week stay required. Space is at a premium, and rooms are assigned on a first come-first served basis. Unfortunately, due to the University’s academic calendar, there is no opportunity to honor Summer housing requests for individual guests before or after these dates.

RATES

All rates identify specific room types and are per week per person. Room types specify general amenities and the number of beds in each room. Rates listed do not include the 14.5% District of Columbia short term housing tax. A $150 non-refundable administrative fee will be added to the total cost of housing to cover additional services.

The George Washington University offers many different types of residence halls to Summer residents. All buildings on campus are air-conditioned and most rooms have private bathrooms. There are four different Building Groups available in residence halls at The George Washington University.
