Building Group 4 apartments and rooms offer the single occupancy accommodations. Each room and apartment in this category is air conditioned and includes a microwave and refrigerator.

**New for Summer 2010 is South Hall, which features a four bedroom suite with private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living area.**
