While you're staying with us it's our mission to provide you with the best customer service possible to ensure that your stay is positive. You'll have access to a variety of services during your stay on campus.
Stay informed with Campus Advisories and Alert DC. Learn about the role of GW police and Health & Safety Inspections in the residence halls.
Short Stay groups should call Summer & Conference Housing to report any problems. Long Stay Groups and Individual Guests may submit and follow up on maintenance requests through FIXit.
Directions on how to log-in to the university wireless network, print at the kiosks around campus, and details regarding cable tv and in room phone service.
Packages are distributed through a centralized location on campus while letter-sized mail is delivered directly to the halls.
Summer Guests can purchase individual or group memberships to the campus recreation center ranging from 6-10 weeks.
Long Stay Guests can purchase monthly parking permits to university garages while visitor parking is available on a daily basis. Information for groups arriving by bus us also available.
The Mount Vernon Express, or VEx, connects the Foggy Bottom and Mount Vernon Campuses on a scheduled service throughout the Summer.
Summer Guests can take advantage of library access if members of various consortiums or purchase a Readers Card.
