GW Department Sponsored Groups Housing Options & Rates
GW Department Sponsored Groups that include GW academic year students whom are current or future housing residents as their participants can request space which permit a continuous housing stay from spring to summer and/or summer to fall.
Housing Options
While each of our halls is unique, guests will find common amenities among the halls. All buildings are air conditioned and most include private bathrooms.
GW Summer & Conference Housing will determine what option(s) are available to a GW department based on need and participants. Not all summer housing options are available to GW departments.
Short-Term Stay Housing Options: 3-20 consecutive nights | |
Shared Units | This option is perfect for conferences that want to house their participants together in units that sleep between two and six people. |
Single Bedrooms | Single occupancy rooms are available on our Mount Vernon Campus and are great for conference planners or staff who are staying the duration of the conference, or for guests that seek more private accommodations. |
Private Units | Private units are an additional single occupancy option, but common areas are not shared in a suite. |
Long-Term Stay Housing Options: By Summer Session I, II, or Both | |
Shared Units | Shared apartments include doubles, quads and suites in various sizes. Bathroom facilities are in the suite or a shared bathroom is included with an adjoined suite. |
Private Units | Private units are an additional single occupancy option, but common areas are not shared in a suite. |
