Our Housing Options

Let The George Washington University be your host as you take full advantage of your summer in the Nation’s Capital.  We offer guests and groups the highest level of convenience with our downtown location, making it easy to get to and from your office, classroom, or that once-in-a-lifetime D.C. experience. Our various housing options offer amenities and living styles for every need all while being fully immersed in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We organize our residence halls into distinct categories. While each of our halls is unique, guests will find common amenities among the halls represented within each category. Our housing rates vary based on the level of amenities and length of stay.

All guest reservations require a 6-week minimum stay.

This chart shows information about all 5 GW Summer Housing options. This information includes who is eligible to book each option, room types, amenities, residence halls, number of beds, and rate per week for each option. You can find this same information below on the website.
