Fraternity & Sorority / Affiliates Option
Fraternity and sorority housing at GW is a partnership between the university and each chapter. As such, individual guests are required to communicate direct with the House Manager of the GW chapter in advance of reserving Greek housing. Review the Reservation Process instructions below if you're interested in living in a chapter's residence for the summer.

If you are affiliated with a fraternity or sorority other than those listed, you are still welcome to live within FSL Housing. We welcome you to reach out to any of the above House Managers in our fraternity/sorority spaces.
Greek Housing consists of the following:
- Double occupancy bedrooms within a larger townhouse
- Bedrooms furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, and a wardrobe or closet
- Most townhouses also offer a community kitchen, living and dining room
- An en-suite or community bathroom
- Air conditioning
2026 Fraternity & Sorority Housing Rates
The Summer 2026 housing rate/cost for the Fraternity & Sorority Option is $483 per week per person for a single bedroom in unit or $327 per week per person for a shared bedroom in unit, with a minimum of 6 weeks of stay.
Rates do not include the 15.95% District of Columbia Gross Sales Tax. Review the qualifications to see if you can be considered for tax exemption.
Reservation Process
Reservations are Now Closed.
Those interested in FSL Housing must complete these three steps:
Fill out the GW Fraternity & Sorority Life Summer 2026 Housing Interest Form
Contact the relevant House Manager for your chapter to tentatively reserve a spot on their roster
Booking the FSL Housing option through the Summer Housing Portal once it opens on March 5 for visiting Interns and March 26 for GW students.

Located on a full city block on 23rd street between F and G streets, Townhouse Row consists of 8 townhouses designated specifically for Greek organizations. Each house has large living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and five floors that can house 24-30 members.
