Individuals Graduate Housing

Graduate housing is only available to current graduate students from other institutions or individual interns 24-years of age and older.

Our graduate housing includes:

• A bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, wardrobe or closet and a dining table and chairs
• An en-suite private bathroom
• A kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator
• Air conditioning

The Aston

The Aston, located at 1129 New Hampshire Ave. NW, is a residence hall dedicated to a graduate student or adult population with approximately 100 single “studio-style” apartment units.  Conveniently located in the prestigious West End neighborhood of Washington, DC, just north of GW’s Foggy Bottom campus, the Aston offers a true city living experience. Dupont Circle, home to many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment is just around the corner, offering individuals and groups the greatest access to stay, work, and play.

The Aston is not available for Summer 2020.
