Raise High Option: Long-Stay Groups

The Raise High Option contains residence halls and is what most consider a typical college residence hall room.  While these options come with the least amount of personal amenities they are also some of the most economical spaces available. Raise High rooms do not have individual kitchens but are equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave.

Raise High rooms include:

  • Furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, and wardrobe or closet
  • Common floor bathrooms or private in-suite bathrooms
  • A microwave and mini-refrigerator
  • Air conditioning
  • Building or community kitchens

2023 Raise High Option Rates

The Summer 2023 housing rate/cost for the Raise High Option is $336 per week per person, with a minimum of 7 weeks of stay.

Rates do not include the 15.95% District of Columbia Gross Sales Tax. Review the qualifications to see if you can be considered for tax exemption.
